When choosing a gala dinner venue, you want to ensure that the venue exceeds your expectations. The Sheridan Suite provides a blank canvas of 2300 sqm, which has a flexible capacity allowing for optimum creativity for a range of party sizes
SPORTING EVENTS
The Flexibility of The Sheridan provides space for up to 1200 seats with a ring and staging. The event space consists of an inner and outer tier allowing you to simply segment your ticketing if you wish. The main event space features three permanent bars allowing us to service your guests minimising queues or detracting from the atmosphere of the main event. There are also additional green rooms and dressing rooms as required.

Our comprehensive in-house catering team have thoughtfully crafted menus using
the very best authentically sauced ingredients. Creative and Knowledgeable our
chefs have worked at some of the world’s best restaurants. From hearty to healthy,
traditional to exotic the combined experience of The Sheridan’s catering team leads
to endless inspiration and choice.
